Cheff' Rootsie has been contracted with numerous community organizations to facilitate food demonstration.  The mission of food demos has usually been to enlighten community members in food desserts to learn about eating and cooking healthy. For the past few decades Cheff' Rootsie has performed these demos at block parties, senior centers, tenant association meetings, PTA meetings and more. Providing gems of food knowledge is one of our favorite things to do at Veggie Grub. We love to break down the stereotypes that eating healthy is expensive and not delicious.
